Run away from the underground facility
Climb into the vent in front of you after the Nemesis-starring cutscene. You'll arrive in the
Workers' Break Room after a quick-time event and more cutscenes.
We believe you can guess what happens next based on the number of supplies the game
gives you at this point. Fill up on any necessary herbs before moving on (see also: All Herb
Combinations and Their Effects).
Grab the Flame Rounds to your left once you leave the room and move on.
In the Nemesis Boss Battle, causing the generators were to

You guessed it, right? It's time for a boss fight! Since Nemesis is still in its second form, the
rules from your previous combat mostly apply.
Fire as much ammunition at it as you can, and when it reveals itself, shot its heart. The
Tyrant will once more circle the outside of the arena, but Carlos will this time summon
attention to the generator the Tyrant is hidden behind.
When he does, fire at the generator's red icons to cause it to go off. During these scenes,
zombies will also spawn, so pay close attention to your surroundings. This battle will be over
after three or so rounds of destroying generators.

Defeat Nemesis (Final Encounter)
This is Nemesis in its third and final guise, and it is the final boss battle in the game.
To finally eliminate the Tyrant, your goal is to activate the massive electric rifle. Use the
weapon right away since it is just behind you when the battle starts.
However, if you take one shot, its power sources will come loose after the hit, so you'll have
to put all the red ones back in. However, Nemesis won't stand by and do nothing; instead, it
will attack you whenever it can with full might.
Aim for the pods that sprout on its body to temporarily stun it. Once all of the pods have
been destroyed, it will stop attacking.

Take advantage of the chance to recharge the electric weapon and reinstall the power
sources. Use it once more on Nemesis once it's prepared.
The boss battle is over and Jill wins once you've shot it three times, two of which occur in the
second sequence.

Return the vaccine
Run through Nemesis's wreckage to the ladder in the back right corner of the room after it
has been destroyed. Simply continue the straight road; it's a straight shot to the elevator that
will return you to the surface.
