Nothing revolutionary here, In practical shooting as well as tactical shooting draw speed is something that should be considered. I will challenge anyone that the speed of the draw is not nearly as important they may think it is for practical shooting. Consistency of the draw is the most important thing to focus on in your dry fire. I think when most people start a dry fire program they focus on the speed of gun handling and the precision and consistency that they need to be successful shooters or gunfighters is overlooked. The damage shooters do with their training by racing par times has to be fixed later on down the road in live fire and more dry fire sessions. This at a minimum becomes extremely frustrating to the shooter.
