The hedgies the other bad actors and Govt agencies claim naked shorting doesn’t exist but somehow when it’s time for the government to take their cut of the naked shorting proceeds for that period of time naked shorting exists Where else do you get to break the law for 9 years and then get a small fine that’s a percentage of the proceeds from the illegal activities
