Chicken wings on the griddle is always a controversy. Many say that they shouldn't be on a griddle and some say they love them on the griddle. I think they have a place on the griddle.

Instructions:

Pat wings dry and place in fridge to dry out. Up to 24 hrs.

Season with Lawry's Season Salt

Dust with cornstarch

1st recipe:

1/2 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays wing sauce
1/4 cup honey (and maybe a little more) 😛
1/2 stick of butter
Crack pepper.

Cook wings till your desired doneness, mine is around 180 degres.

2nd Recipe

1/2 stick of butter
4-6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parm
Chopped flat leaf parsley
