Grounding Day 106 - frosty feet
This morning when I woke up the temperature was 37 degrees Fahrenheit and there was frost on the ground. It was definitely cold on my feet and I think that much more than 15 minutes would have made my feet numb. I was really dressed for the cold so my body got chilly and I was able to really test my foot tolerance to the cold. I would bet that a tolerance to the cold can be built up over time just like a tolerance to the warm surfaces can be. Have you walked barefoot in the frost?
