Simple cake| vanilla cake| Super soft cake
Take 2 clean bowls without any water drops and also there should not be any water drops in the beater machine/whisk and all the things that you use to bake/beat the cake. First sift all dry ingredients (all purpose flour and baking powder) sift the dry ingredients (tip) two or three times. Take another bowl, beat butter and sugar here I have used salted butter you can use unsalted butter also by adding 1 by 4 teaspoon of salt into the dry ingredients. Butter should be at room temperature so that butter is quite soft. First of all beat the butter for 2,3 minutes until the butter comes soft and pale. Once the butter is soft and sugar here you can use caster sugar otherwise you can use powdered sugar also or homemade powdered sugar (just grind the normal crystallized sugar in a mixer) - (tip) of the cake should be soft and perfect one beat the sugar and butter at low speed for 2,3 minutes. Then scrape the side by using the spatula and beat for 15 minutes continuously at High spead until the sugar melts and butter and sugar combine together and until the color of butter change from yellow to whitish. After every few seconds scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Now add eggs one by one not at once. Then add vanilla extract (you can use any flavor of extract) this is optional otherwise you can skip it. (Tip) add the dry ingredients by one spoon at a time and mixing the batter with another hand don't the the dry ingredients at once. Don't forget to scrape the sides. When the batter becoming thicker add milk don't add every milk at once. After that again add the remaining dry ingredients and when the batter becomes thicker then add the remaining milk. Now the cake batter is ready. Happy oil or butter to the cake tray and put the baking paper only to the below part or (Tip) if your putting to whole tray adjust the sides properly otherwise the cake of the size will be reduced. Spread the cake batter evenly into the baking tray and release the air bubbles by tapping. And bake at 170°C at 45 minutes. Please check the cake after every few minutes. Because sometimes this temperature varies to some ovens. Cups measurements are displayed on the video.
