Sea turtle Oh my God, what would have killed her?

Heavy rains and thunderstorms during Saturday night and Sunday morning, walking along the beach I found this sad picture. She is dead.
They come out to spawn on the beach sand.
What could have happened?
Lightning strikes?
Fishing net?
Attack of dogs?
