Day 256🥩🔥 Carnivore Diet What I Eat In A Day Weight Loss Meal Prep By Carnivore Dad
Day 256🥩🔥 thought my weight was going to be UP A LOT considering the amount of food I ate on this day, however not as bad as I thought. My supplementing electrolytes has been going well because I could feel the calm composure all day as I sipped my electrolyte drink throughout the day while attending 2 separate parties, 1 kid birthday party and 1 adult birthday party. I ended up sleeping late around 11:30pm, however I slept very well and surprisingly slept in till 6:30am which is super rare for me these days as I’m a 5:00am early riser.
7:00am - 14oz homemade beef bone broth "bone broth mary" + 2 strips bacon + 1 grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs)
11:45am - 0.5lb tri tip steak + 8 fatrious eggs (3 whole + 5 yolks) scrambled with 1.5T ghee and salt
5:30pm - 2 grass fed beef patties (0.66lbs) + 2 egg yolks + 2 strips bacon
8:00pm - 17 head-on shrimp fried in ghee + 2T ghee and salt
10:00pm - 6 strips bacon + 4 ounces kerrygold dubliner cheese
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 54+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
