Ingredients & preparation:

0:47 Add 1 1/2 cups of water into a saucepan.
1:00 Turn on the heat and add 1 small piece of peeled ginger.
1:13 Add 1 star anise or 1/2 tsp ground star anise.
1:26 Add 1 small cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
1:39 Let it boil for 7 min then flame medium for 3 min.
1:44 Flame low for 3 min or until it gets an amber colour.
1:48 Strain the tea and sweeten with 1 tbsp of honey.
2:10 Mix well and drink 1 cup every day, warm, or at room temperature.
