This class is for those of you who want to release any kind of stress or anxiety and unwind, whether that's during or at the end of a busy day! We'll target the upper body with some yoga stretches, while I also help you to calm down your breath with some simple, but optional, breathing patterns you can do while holding each yin yoga pose. What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative practice that aims to balance out the yang energy in our lives. It targets the deep connective tissues (bones, joints, fascia & ligaments) in the body. It also intends to stretch & stimulate different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

There are 3 primary principles of Yin Yoga:
1. Find your edge
2. Be still
3. Hold the pose
