Wednesday, January 7th, 2009 game vs. the Charlotte Bobcats was dedicated to the Fanatics. The Cavaliers players wore a special colorized adaption of the 2008-2009 season’s Hardwood Classics retro uniform for the game. The same design as the gold Hardwood Classics jersey that was introduced earlier in the 2008-2009 season, the “CavFanatic Blue” HWC jersey with a special CavFanatic jock tag, embraces the spirit of the social community’s mantra “Stand Up.
