Liberty Conspiracy - Fed Judge Restrains Many NY Gun Blocks, But Misses Principles 10-9-22

Greetings, fellow Conspirators! In this presentation, we offer an update concerning the NY State statute called CCIA (for "Concealed Carry Improvement Act" -- enjoy sussing how government threats against your rights are "improvements"), and, despite one judge declining a Jewish gun-owners group their request for a Temporary Restraining Order against enforcement of the "ban" in "places of religious observation", another judge just ruled on a SECOND suit against the CCIA and NY Gov Hochul, and this time, the plaintiffs succeeded, kind of. The judge did strike down many provisions of the CCIA, but left many standing, and never struck the root of the matter: that the right to keep and bear arms IS a right, and, therefore, not supposed to be touched at all by agents of any polis.
