How come internists NEVER invite me to lecture?

Lots of doctors from internal medicine, endocrine, cardiology, PMR compliment my insights on nutrition, biochemistry, atherosclerosis, diabetes, hypertension, dementia, spine disease, etc; but they never invite me to lecture. If you know how medicine works, the reason is obvious.
