Dumbbell Bench Press/ Shoulder Press Workout!

A couple of recent workouts, did some really high reps with a 60lb dumbbell for the One arm Bench Press and a One arm Shoulder Press seated with an 80lb dumbbell, good for more but finished off with this after doing 5 sets for back!
