3. Eat more Fiber is one of the unheralded secrets to weight loss.
Increase your daily intake of fruit, vegetables and nuts.
Make 7 portions of fruit, vegetables, legumes and a handful of nuts to your daily diet.
You don't have to worry about counting any calories with these portions of food, as they are probably a vast improvement on your existing diet.
The more healthy foods you consume, the less you will crave unhealthy snacks.
4. Make a meal plan
While you are making these small changes to your diet, it is important to make these a permanent fixture in your life.
When you write something down it is far more difficult to ignore it.
When you plan yours meals a few days in advance, it focuses your shopping and reduces the time you spend in the supermarket.
Reduce the risk of unplanned impulse purchases.
5. Focused spending
Now that you have planned your meals, spend some time planning your shopping as there are always better deals available.
Turn this into a competition, make a strict shopping list and see which retailer will give you more savings on your budget diet plan to lose weight fast.
