This Cornbread Is SO GOOD!

MAPLE BACON Upside Down CORNBREAD
This is the best cornbread we have ever made! It is so moist and you must try it!

Recipe:

Cornbread
1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted

Mix wet ingredients and then add Jiffy corn muffin mix. Mix well.

Topping

Bacon cut into small pieces, cooked (1-2 pieces)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted

Add to bottom of 6 inch baking pan. Pour cornbread mixture into pan. Place in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until center is cooked.
