..looks like 2 explosions, the truck one and one with sparks consistent with a missile strike on the right!
Explosions go outward, here you see molten steel coming from the right
towards the exploded truck as if another explosion happened simultaneously coming from the right!
The stopped train tanker explodes few seconds after,
another planted bomb?
Most probable reason it was stationary was to add smoke to the scene so to aggravate things for the 6 pm CNN News and who put it there?
9/11 style, planes hit the towers (truck as a decoy) then the
controlled demolition (the missile hit or similar).
Train with fuel not moving at the time of the explosion.
