In this video, I present the evidence from Pennsylvania Delegate James Wilson at the 1787 Federal Convention that he claimed he had the authority in his commission to propose the U.S. Constitution. This is my 1st claim to the $10,000.00 "Bounty" offered by Robert Brown.
