Flying Saucers Qigong Challenge #shorts

This is one of my favourite Qigong movements, sometimes called Serving Teacups or Spinning Mandarins. Grab a couple of non-breakable items to balance on your hands while you practice, I am using little saucers so I'm calling it 'Flying Saucers'! It's a great sequence that works the whole body, either as a warm-up, a cool-down, or a standalone workout. You are really working the legs and glutes, waist, back, and upper arms and it's excellent for joint mobility and brain training.
