Want VS Need

Can you give me an example of the difference between a want and a need in this instance?

Sure. So a lot of people will come to me and they'll say, I need more clients.
That's the language that they use. But what's really going on is they don't have a system in place. You're speaking to the want, they want more clients.
You're speaking to their want, even though you know as a business owner that is because they don't have a system or process in place, they're not gonna identify with that. They just don't get that, but they do get that they need leads.

So you're speaking to the want what they tell you they want.

Does that make sense?

You fulfill what they actually need.

Yes.

Which is the system in that example.
