Duncan visits the vibrant city of Khonkaen where he finds a beautiful place by the river to cook a salt encrusted fish over coals. He checks out some local food sources found at the lotus lakes and cooks 2 dishes using surprising ingredients taken from the lake. The lotus plant and water snails are a food source here and are very tasty.
