if not NATO but Ukrainians were in charge their army they would not attack, they would be defending wile in their fortifications and retreating to Lvov Kiev... In Scythian mind the war is not about land, it is about killing enemy in the most effective way, then when opponent is dead land falls in to your hands. Tatars and Mongols used the same tactics.
