Concern is growing over Putin's repeated threats to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine

At a fundraiser in New York City, President Joe Biden stressed that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is “not joking’ when he threatens to use tactical nuclear weapons. It’s Biden’s most sobering warning yet, and it comes as Russian men continue to flee the country to avoid Putin’s military draft. Two of them have even shown up on U.S. soil in Alaska seeking asylum.
