Chilly Friday, frost and freeze likely tonight

Friday night/Saturday morning brings our coldest temperatures of the season so far. Lows drop into the mid to upper 30s lakeside, and upper 20s to low 30s inland. Expect frost all across the area, with a freeze likely inland. A Freeze Warning​​​​ is in effect from 1-8 a.m. Saturday. Protect any sensitive flowers and plants that you want to keep! After the cold start to the weekend, sunshine will help boost temperatures into the mid to upper 50s Saturday with lots of sun. Saturday night into Sunday morning lows will be chilly again, with low 30s inland to around 40 near the lake. Highs Sunday will be warmer, in the low to mid 60s. Skies will be partly cloudy with a few light showers possible late.
