Grilled Chicken Thighs on the Weber Smokey Mountain using the Weber Vortex.

Used boneless/skinless chicken thighs.

Used Avocado Oil for the binder, and rubbed it down with Killer Hogs "The AP Rub" and Killer Hogs "The BBQ Rub"

Ran the WSM temps between 375 to 400 degrees

Placed the chicken thighs on and let them grill for 10 minutes, flipped them over and let them keep grilling for around another 20 minutes until the internal temp was at least 165+. At 155 degrees added some BBQ Sauce to them.

Pulled them off and let the chicken thighs rest for about 10 minutes and the had a great dinner.
