Origins:
1- Long Head: Infraglenoid Tubercle of the Scapula
2- Lateral Head: Proximal ½ of the Posterior Shaft of the Humerus
3- Medial Head: Distal ½ of the Posterior Shaft of the Humerus
Insertion:
Olecranon Process of Ulna
Functions:
1- Extension of the Forearm @ the Elbow Joint
2- Extension of the Arm @ the GH Joint
3- Horizontal Abduction of the Arm @ the GH Joint
Nerve:
Radial Nerve
