President Biden says he's disappointed after OPEC+ announces oil production cuts

OPEC has announced it would dramatically slash oil production by about two-million barrels a day. The group of major oil producers includes Saudi Arabia and Russia. Outside the White House Thursday, President Joe Biden expressed his disappointment about OPEC's decision to cut oil output.
