Targeting Children with Trans Ideology

California has just become a “sanctuary” state for children suffering from gender dysphoria. Under the “trans refugee bill,” signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom, Golden State courts have the authority to take custody of out-of-state minors seeking gender transition treatment across state lines.

Mary Margaret Olohan explains how parents are barred from the decision making process, giving California doctors the green light to provide numerous gender transition services, such as administering puberty blockers and performing gender-reassignment surgeries, to kids.

The bill is set to take effect in January 2023.
