Gay Couple SUES For Access To Surrogacy

Surrogacy, especially involving LGBT couples, is coming up in the news more and more. One gay couple in New York likens their desire for surrogacy to infertility treatments, but is that really a fair comparison? Do couples of any orientation have a right to a woman's womb, and is it moral bringing a child into the world knowing he or she will not be raised by their biological parents?
