OPEC+ to reduce oil output by 2mn barrels per day

The OPEC+ oil-exporting bloc, which includes Russia and Saudi Arabia, has approved a major cut in their crude output by around two million barrels per day. We discussed the recent development with independent journalist Afshin Rattansi.
