Bits and Pieces Alternative view of the Sabotage of the Nord Stream Pipe Lines and possible actors

It seems to me that everyone is either accusing Russia or America for the execution of the the sabotage of the Nord Stream Pipe Lines, but ...... are there no alternative culprits? I discuss the matter and present an alternative view on who could be the guilty party.
