Broccoli Cream Soup:

3 tablespoons ghee/butter
2 tablespoons dried onion
10 ounces broccoli, cooked and cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups water
1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
1 tablespoon Better than Bouillon Chicken Flavor

Fried Potato Balls
3/4 cup Instant Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup Warm Water
1 tsp egg powder or 1 egg yolk
1 tsp Ghee
Salt and Pepper to taste

To bread potato balls:
1 egg or 2 Tbsp egg powder and water
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Oil to fry
Parsley and Parmesan Cheese (garnish)
