Breaking Dallas Cowboys injury news is on long snapper Jake McQuaide who is out for the rest of the 2022 NFL season with a torn triceps injury. The Cowboys signed Matt Overton and Tucker Addington in NFL free agency to replace McQuaide and both are being added to the Cowboys practice squad. Cowboys Report host Tom Downey breaks down all the latest Cowboys rumors and news in today’s video and gives his thoughts on the best way to replace the Cowboys long snapper. Technically speaking, Matt Overton is a Pro Bowl Long Snapper!

Jake McQuaide is likely out for the season with a torn triceps injury. The last time the Cowboys had to make an in-season change at snapper came in 2005 when L.P. Ladouceur. McQuaide and LP are the only two long snappers have had since then. It’s unclear who will start in NFL Week 5 vs. the Rams.
