Russian Parliament ratifies treaties with Donetsk Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions

The Upper House of Russia’s Parliament, the Federation Council, has approved agreements with Donetsk and Lugansk Republics, as well as with Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions, with the country’s Foreign Minister Lavrov giving an emotional speech to members, during which he emphasized the importance of the accessions.
