WILDLIFE ALL AROUND ME, WHITE TAIL DEER IN THE YARD AND A BABY MOUSE IN A BOWL WITHOUT A COVER

I saw a couple White Tail deer while I was in my yard, I kept moving around and making noises but it didn't seem to bother them while they nibbled on the pine trees and apples on the hill, I had to speak loudly and repeatedly, only then did they decide to leave and come back another time when I'm not yelling at them

Found another baby mouse in the hallway yesterday night too, it was dealing with the cat but only by sitting still and squeaking as loud as it could when the cat too near and she would stop without attacking, I very easily reached down, picked up, placed it in a bowl without a cover with water soaked cereal, it's that young, and a piece of toilet paper for bedding, that's where it stayed and no, the cat didn't try to bother it in an open bowl sitting on the desk either, maybe she thought I was going to eat it so it's best to leave it alone ?
