Old-earth geologists have long considered the Coconino Sandstone in the Grand Canyon to have been formed in an enormous, ancient desert, much like the modern-day Sahara of North Africa. But through years of closer examination, geologist Dr. John Whitmore has provided significant evidence against this view. He argues that the Coconino should be interpreted as a massive underwater sand deposit and provides impressive evidence for a global Flood. In this video, we join Dr. Whitmore as he tracks some long-extinct amphibians or reptiles that left their footprints in the Coconino Sandstone.
