Tactical Analysis 8v8 Franco Canadiense

Our goal is to have a 2-3-2 formation the whole game. I want us to play out the back easily, with full mobility of our centerbacks with the ball
My outside mids should be running up and down the field with more emphasis of playing with the ball.
