The Philippines is holding talks to buy fuel and other key commodities from Russia, despite international sanctions over the invasion of Ukraine. Bloomberg's Shery Ahn spoke to Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in New York, and he says the country's national interest overrides
