Day 248🥩🔥🏋️♂️ on my carnivore diet what I eat in a day weight loss meal prep documentary. I went in for a workout today and it was great. No heavy weight lifting, however it was a real cardio burner that allowed me to push myself and see how good my cardio would hold up at this weight and without carbs. I think I did pretty good considering I haven’t really worked out in years.
8:00am - 10oz homemade beef bone broth
9:00am - 1 grass fed ground beef patty (0.33lbs) with salt + 0.4lbs roasted ribeye tail fat
2:15pm - 6 fatrious eggs (2 whole, 3 yolks) scrambled with 1.5T ghee and salt + 1 piece of kirkland coastal english cheddar
5:00pm - WORKOUT
WOD - Parti time (30min time cap, break it up how you want)
266/300 double unders
2,600/3218 meters (2 mile run)
64/100 toes to bar
7:00pm - 0.75lbs conventional ribeye steak + 3 portions of kirkland coastal english cheddar + 3 portions kerrygold dubliner cheese
9:00pm - 0.5lbs conventional ribeye steak and tail fat + 1 portions of kirkland coastal english cheddar + 1 portions kerrygold dubliner cheese
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
