Akita and kitten meet for the first time...friends forever

Watch in amazement as new kitten was introduced to our
Akita for the first time. UPDATE:.It's with great sadness that I have to say our akita, Haiku, passed away August 2011. And just for the record, she and the cat were the best of friends and they hung out together. I have a similar pictures of the cat in the same position, only full grown.
Our akita lived in a home with 1 other dog and 4 cats...she was incredibly socialized and a super sweet mom figure.
