Then the third is your full body. This is really important to understand especially if you're a speaker. If your whole body specifically your torso is not involved, then you're probably not very passionate about what you're talking about. It can feel, especially if your torso is completely still and you're talking,
it can feel like you're a talking head. You're just talking like this and you're kind of emotionless and you're not really talking about something where you have meaning. But if you talk about something that you care about and you feel excited or you feel like, oh, this matters. Your torso will get involved. So you can pay attention when you're speaking.
