Let's get into this the images coming out of Florida just extraordinary and I have seen reports that scientists are estimating the amount of rainfall and the strength of this hurricane 10 percent greater because of climate change. Very difficult I imagine to really know this precisely but certainly, we know that the intensity of these storms is increasing because of climate change the frequency of these storms is increasing because of climate change...
