‘There’s no guard rails’: Rep. Kat Cammack warns specific legislation needed for FEMA funds

Commenting on the FEMA funding included in the recently passed Continuing Resolution, Rep. Kat Cammack says the Biden administration has used FEMA like a “piggy bank” and warns that legislation is needed to specify funds are to be used for disasters: “I don’t trust, without the legislation having guard rails, that that money is actually going to go to the disaster funds it’s supposed to go.”
