JSA: Alicia J on Political Homelessness & LGBT Issues

Like Alicia, I also consider myself politically homeless because I lean left on most economic issues, but fail many of the purity tests that the left applies to people who disagree with a few of the things they say. In this interview, Alicia shares her views on the hypocrisy she's seen from many on the left who refuse to criticize American foreign policy as long as it's Democrats like Joe Biden or Barack Obama perpetrating it, but still pretend to care about equal rights for all. She also discusses some of her views on how the most extreme voices in the LGBT community are amplified and then projected on everyone in that community, why she thinks it's inappropriate to talk to children about sex before they hit puberty, and why she doesn't believe it's a good idea to give children hormone blockers when they say they want to change their sex.
