Russian Consulate in NYC Vandalized

NYPD responded to a 911 call of “criminal mischief” at around 1:37 am on September 30th to the Russian Consulate located at East 91 Street near 5th Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The building was discovered graffitied with red spray paint.
