WH outlines new Russia sanctions for annexations in Ukraine

U.S. national security adviser Jake Sullivan told reporters on Friday (September 30) about new wide-ranging sanctions on Russia over its declared annexation of parts of Ukraine, targeting hundreds of people and companies. Sullivan also said the U.S. was taking Russian President Vladimir Putin's nuclear threats seriously.
