Should I buy This Off Market House?

In this video I will look at a property for sale and you will see how I inspect every exposed aspect of the property so if I have to make an offer and wave inspection I know 90% of what I am getting into. For me I gamble on the sewer and in wall electrical not being aluminum and plumbing not being compromised or old galvanized. Always inspect, do your due diligence and don’t forget to inspect title and lot lines! Hire a pro team of surveyors, inspectors, attorneys, and licensed professionals when you are out of your zone of expertise.
