NY Gov. Kathy Hochul Announces Ban on New Gas-Powered Vehicles, Following California's Lead

"By the year 2035, and I signed this goal last year but we had to wait for California to take a step because there's some federal requirement that California had to go first...new vehicles will all be zero-emission vehicles by the year 2035"
