Online Grooming, Engaging in Sexual Activity in the
Presence of a Child, Causing a Child to Watch a Sexual Act & Sexual Communication with a Child.
Ferguson was sexually communicating and grooming what he believed to be a 13 years old child. He was vile from the start of his communication and tried everything to not get caught. Ferguson tested the decoy to make sure she was a real child before trying to get her to watch adult material and sending and requesting explicit images.
