Can you BELIEVE this Passed a Safety Inspection

This is your front radar sensor for your ADAS system. It controls adaptive cruise and automatic braking just in case you might get into an accident the car will break for you. The bracket was re-welded on it’s not even straight. Bubble gum welds. I don’t know how this past a safety inspection there will be no way you can re-calibrate this radar sensor to work properly
